Briar Rigg House offers a very special Bed and Breakfast experience. We love what we do and we try to reflect this in the way we look after our guests. We look forward to welcoming you and will do all we can to give you an extremely comfortable and relaxing time.

Briar Rigg House occupies a unique location - 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick yet set in 2 acres of beautiful gardens with a 360 degree view of the surrounding hills. It is a spacious Victorian family house with ample parking for several cars. Excellent walking is available directly from the house or a short drive away. We are also cycle and walker friendly meaning we have these facilities available for you.

Keswick is at the heart of the Northern lakes and makes for an excellent base for a short break or longer. As well as being a good centre for walking, Keswick offers many attractions including the superb Theatre by the Lake, a cinema, shops and galleries, markets on Thursdays and Saturdays, excellent pubs and restaurants.

We also produce our own supplies of fruit and vegetables from the garden - click here to see our produce and this naturally carries over into what we can offer our guests. So where possible everything comes from the garden and if not, is sourced locally.
