What makes your experience here so special is that as well as a spacious bedroom and private bathroom, guests have private and exclusive use of your own large and comfortable sitting room, where your breakfast is served with a view across the garden towards the hills. You have wi-fi access, TV with Sky Sports, CD player and a wood-burning stove. We also offer a range of contemporary guide books and maps of the area which you are very welcome to borrow.
Seasonal flowers from the garden are dotted throughout the accommodation.
Upstairs the bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed adorned with the finest quality organic bed linen. A small cabinet on a side table contains all you need to make tea and coffee including homemade biscuits. A digital radio is available for you. The bathroom with a shower has wonderful views across fields and is filled with luxurious organic towels and dressing gowns. We provide bath products from the nearby award-winning Sedbergh Soap Company which are very popular with our guests.
There is no smoking throughout the house.
